The Squeeze

When life gives you lemons, what do you do with them? Over here at The Squeeze—we talk about it—"it" being our mental health and well being. Host Taylor Lautner's (no, not that guy, but she is married to that guy) introduction to mental health was at a young age, witnessing friends and family suffer in ways she couldn't fully understand. She started a nursing career in the peak of the pandemic and has been struggling with her own mental health ever since. Tay is joined co-host, husband Taylor Lautner, in addition to celebrity and expert guests to further the conversation surrounding mental wellness. At the end of the day, we're all pretty similar; even those living in the lime-est of lights can be weighed down by sour lemons. In addition to sharing coping strategies and stories, we hope that above all, this podcast offers the comfort of knowing you are not alone.

Surprising gem

I had no idea this podcast was going to be such an amazing one. The questions were always so interesting and put together by Tay. She knew not only the right questions but the right follow ups and they were executed with such respect. So many questions could have been asked that didn’t come from a respectful way and they both did amazing work on this. And Taylor was never intrusive about his own life in the limelight and that was equally impressive. He has grown into an incredible man. I am looking forward to listening to more of them and am honestly shocked they don’t have more of a following. They are not sensational and over the top and that is important to me. I don’t have social media and hate the crapshoot of drama on it. Congratulations to you both on such a great show and to many more years of success 💝
Obsessed

I love listening to boy & girl Tay & have loved all of the guests. The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because there are a couple episodes that have abruptly cut off & while I know more of the episode is on YouTube, I didn’t like that it cut off mid sentence on the audio version (an example would be the JP Saxe episode). I know mistakes can happen in editing & I will always continue to listen either way. I love seeing new sides to both Tays & hearing their opinions & experiences on each topic. I’d also love to have uncut episodes through the podcast, I would definitely listen to episodes over an hour long anytime!! Can’t wait to continue hearing more from the podcast! Like the title says, I’m obsessed & such a fan of both of you! Edit: Another complaint I have that keeps this from 5 stars is because the guests aren’t introduced. I know in the description, it says who the person is but I feel like I’m expected to just know who the person is and I hardly ever do so that would be amazing if there was more of an introduction for every guest.
“Yeah”

Girl Tay, you say “yeah” at least 100 times an episode!!!!! Please listen to an episode back. I can’t keep listening it’s so distracting.
All I keep hearing is “yeah”

First time listening to this podcast. I was excited to listen to Mikayla’s episode as I love her in Momtok. All I could hear was the host saying “Yeah” after every sentence pretty much. It was super distracting and annoying. I get it’s an acknowledgement thing but seriously, it’s too much. Couldn’t finish.
