The Protocol

I thought this podcast was filled with information that tackle all sides of the trans adolescent population. The reporting was thorough, however, the female reporter (Azeeen sp?) seemed a little off at times. I can’t put my finger on exactly why.

They tried to position it as a nuanced look at all sides but just recycled old biased voices. I wonder how many trans people worked on the team. Only highlight was early episodes featuring trans individuals existing and thriving, takes an obvious, disappointing and harmful turn from there. It’s a shame.

Just finished this podcast. Anyone who says it’s one-sided on the issue of youth gender-affirming care either (1) hasn’t listened to it, (2) doesn’t think transgenderism is real, or (3) thinks gender-affirming care for minors should have little to no restrictions. The podcast is extremely informative and tries to understand all perspectives on the issue.

NYTimes making fools of themselves by publishing this garbage. It’s all right wing talking points masquerading as giving both sides of the argument with out providing any evidence to back them up. Don’t waste your time.
