I love this podcast. I listen on my sleepiest app and it has been life changing. Not only do I fall asleep quickly, I stay asleep. I used to be awake about and hour and a half throughout the night and now it is less than a third of that. Thank you so much Jessica. It really is Sleep Magic.

Hi my name is Aurora and I have trouble sleeping this podcast helps a lot it makes me go to sleep very fast I barely ever make it past the intro. Thank you for passing on all this knowledge you have to us. The techniques you use help me so much. I appreciate the fact that you decided to have this podcast in the first place. I also have very bad anxiety and this podcast helps with that as well. This podcast help if you’re at least older than nine. Although I think I should be an adult I’m actually just a 10 year old this podcast is still amazing though thank you.

I have tried many different sleep podcasts, and this is the only one that instantly puts me to sleep. I’m in high school, and this podcast has helped me sleep, especially during Finals season. Could you do an episode on a bed and breakfast? Or an airport (when you get there early and just relax)? Or the calming repetition of mindlessly painting? Also, would it be possible to do an episode to listen to when sick? Thank you so much!
