Intentionally Disturbing

Join me on this podcast as I navigate the murky waters of human behavior, current events, and personal anecdotes through in-depth interviews with incredible people—all served with a generous helping of sarcasm and satire. After years as a forensic and clinical psychologist, I offer a unique interview style and a low tolerance for b******t, quickly steering conversations toward depth and darkness. I honor the seriousness while also appreciating wit. I’m your guide through the twisted labyrinth of the human psyche, armed with dark humor and biting wit.
Needs Organization and Planning

I’ve only listened to the first few episodes. I wish the interviews were more organized, I feel like when they talk I’m assumed to know what they’re already talking about or what they know. They need to explain more background of the history of the stories and not just assume I know it already. I was excited to hear a podcast from a doctor in true crime but it was not what I was expecting.
Terrible

What’s disturbing to me is that they talked on and on about the shopping cart being a litmus test and I think they truly believed they were having a deep and meaningful conversation.
Cringey

How on EARTH did this woman get her PhD?
Is this a joke?

For someone who’s a PhD, this show is a mess. She feigns ignorance to come off as sheltered and privileged, it’s impossible for her not to know what her guest are talking about, with an education such as hers. The people she has on are amazing and she’s just trying to dumb everything down to be cute with her constant interjections of “omg wait what lol what is that.” Girl you’re too old for this. Stop being gross
