I say to my Echo Show, “Alexa, play CBC…” to instantly listen to the update which is updated every hour. Yes, only the 6AM (ET) is the full 10 minute one [listening via my FM station also includes a detailed local weather forecast] & while the hourly is about 4-5 minutes, but there’s no ad before. It’d be nice to dump the ad at the tail end instead.
